Through meticulous budget and project management such as acquisition of grant funding, XE minimizes traditional overhead expenditures associated with property development, which allows the production of the most sought after affordable housing while maintaining a profitable real estate portfolio.

MISSION
Xavior Estates’ mission is to increase housing for extremely low to moderate income renters by developing affordable workforce housing through the renovation of uninhabited units within the Greater New Orleans area.

Tajma’s passion for the affordable housing industry and solving the low income housing crisis in New Orleans and surrounding areas is what led to the establishment of Xavior Estates, LLC., whose mission is to provide sought after rental units in areas not traditionally available to low income and indigent households. A graduate of McDonogh #35 Sr High, the University of New Orleans, and most recently, the Propeller Incubator Impact Accelerator Program, Tajma’s meticulous project management ability, experience utilizing government grant funding programs, and project management skill for renovation and rental allows Xavior Estates to navigates providing exclusive affordable housing units while maintaining a profitable rental real estate portfolio.
Xavior Estates has a unique operating model where it is the only renovation to rental, low income housing development firm, that oversees the housing production process from the acquisition of blighted or uninhabited structures, through its renovation, and facilitates the management of the newly created housing stock as affordable housing after tenant placement.
With each completed renovation, Tajma aims to “de-gentrify” neighborhoods by increasing surrounding property values for existing owners, while generating a mixture of rental community members in opportunity areas throughout the greater New Orleans area.

Tajma’s passion for the affordable housing industry and solving the low income housing crisis in New Orleans and surrounding areas is what led to the establishment of Xavior Estates, LLC., whose mission is to provide sought after rental units in areas not traditionally available to low income and indigent households.
As the owner of Xavior Estates, Tajma has been servicing the housing industry in New Orleans for the past four years, providing low income, reconstruction to rental, housing.
By utilizing his understanding of the affordable housing industry, NOFA interpretation, governmental funding programs, LIHTCs, and relationships with organizations such as HANO, LHC, and the Louisiana Fair Housing Action Center, Tajma navigates providing exclusive affordable housing units while maintaining a profitable real estate portfolio.
